On this page you can see if your order has been registered as paid, cancelled or expired, and verify how many of your licenses have been activated to whom and when etc.

You can also renew your current License Agreement at any time from this page. Simply query your latest order number and the Renewall button will appear. The Licenses can be renewed at the current discounted price structure within 15 days after expiration date of your current agreement.

Enter the information to identify your order and press the RUN QUERY button. The required information is available from your Order Confirmation sent to your E-Mail address when the order was created.

After successful validation of your input, the order status and license details will appear in the 2 seperate tables below. If you do not retrieve any data, you have most likely entered some invalid data for the query.
